VARIATION
1 (NA) For models years
1996-1999, the front bumper piece will come without the part to remount the
factory built-in fog lights which appeared on1999.5 cars onward. At time of
purchase, LLTEK at its facilities will offer two possible upgrades for the
purchaser when this variation is chosen. UPGRADE 1- A fog light kit pre-installed in each corner with accompanying full wiring harness. UPGRADE 2 - Real Xenon HID driving lights in each corner with accompanying wiring harness

VARIATION 2 (NA) For years 1999.5-2001, the RS FOUR front bumper piece will come with a North American adapter plate to allow the customer to re-install the existing factory fog lights which are also model specific to North America. European customers must specify their model as different adapters are needed. If the customer wants the Xenon driving light option, the customer must order variation 1, even if the car is 1999.5 and upward. |
.OTHER LLTEK CONSIDERATIONS |
INTERCOOLER OPTION High capacity.
LLTEK may
eventually offer a high capacity, high performance intercooler upgrade. With
the wide mouth of the Rieger RS
FOUR, a large intercooler can be easily fitted and for the
first time true oversize intercooler upgrade performance can be achieved. BRAKE COOLING KITS LLTEK expects to introduce a new direct connect brake rotor cooling kit. This option will be available for the S4 first with no front end modifications needed. It will also be available with use the RS FOUR front bumper. Similar kits are under consideration for TT, A4, and A6. VERY BIG BRAKE UPGRADE LLTEK is currently working with two S4 race car teams to finalize the development of both 8 and 6 piston caliper systems in performance street and race versions. Results to date have been extraordinary. Rotor sizes will be approximately 360 for 18" wheels and 332 for 17" wheels. There will be new brake systems for TT, A6 and A8 cars as well. Pricing will be very good and lower than pricing for comparable (but lower performance) 4-piston performance systems. Kits will be packaged with high-performance brake lines, special high performance brake fluids and high performance brake pads. Race versions will come with race pads and extra O rings. |
